your booking with Hotrockclimbs. If you have any questions please don't

Booking, Deposit and Payment Bookings with Hotrockclimbs/Coasteer are not confirmed until a signed booking form and deposit has been processed. Until your booking form and deposit has been received by Hotrockclimbs, bookings will only be processed as provisional. Your Balance is due 28 days prior to activity date or with prior arrangement with Hotrockclimbs. Bookings not confirmed within 28 days before activity date can be re-sold without notice and deposit will be lost, unless prior arrangement with Hotrockclimbs is made. Cancellations Deposits are only refundable if written confirmation is received up to 28 days prior to activity date. Balance must be paid in full. Balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to activity date. Cancellations 15-27 days 50% of balance refundable and 14 days or less no refunds will be made. A £10 administration fee will be incurred in all circumstances. No refunds will be offered which arise from circumstances that are beyond the control of Hotrockclimbs. In the unlikely event that Hotrocklimbs should cancel your activity due to unforseen circumstances, for example extreme weather/sea conditions we will endeavour to find an alternative activity of equal value or re-schedule your activity for another date. If this remains unsatisfactory then a full refund will be given if alternative arrangements cannot be made. Adventurous activities All participants taking part in Coasteering must be able to swim a minimum of 100 metres (ie 4 lengths of a standard swimming pool). Any medical conditions or disabilities must be discussed with Hotrockclimbs when making a booking. All participants are required to bring and wear protective footwear (eg, an old pair of trainers that can get WET or heavy duty wetsuit boots (ie diving boots). All participants and groups must be punctual for their booking as we do not give refunds to anyone late. Our recommended minimum age for Coasteering is 12 but if discussed when booking different arrangements can be made. Equipment Hotrockclimbs/Hotrockcoasteer will provide all participants with specialised and safety equipment for their activity, if taking part in Coasteering and Surfing participants will require to bring an old pair of trainers, swim wear for under your wetsuit and a towel. Participants are allowed to wear their own wetsuit providing their equipment meets Hotrockclimbs/hotrockcoasteer safety standards. Disclaimer Hotrockclimbs/Hotrockcoasteer adventure activities cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal valuables whilst taking part in our activities. Participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury. Hotrockclimbs/Hotrockoasteer staff are trained and appropriately qualified to run activity sessions and will at all time proceed in a manner to limit risk of injury, However participants must accept that accidents and injury may occur.
